The Ordnance Survey 1-inch New Popular with National Grid for England and Wales 1945-47

Ordnance Survey National Grid data (1:50000) - This Data was Created in the National Grid. We have Geocoded and Colour Enhanced the Data to provide Clear to Read Digital Mapping.

The Ordnance Survey 1 inch to 1 mile Popular Edition of Scotland 1921-1930

Ordnance Survey 1” to 1 mile (1:63360) Map Data from the 1920s and 30s converted into a seamless mosaic. This map series was originally produced in the Cassini projection.  For comparison with modern datasets the data has been geocoded, and reprojected to the British National Grid.

Images are available in ECW format.  This can be viewed in the ER Viewer (free piece of browsing software available from http://ermapper.com/downloads/).  This enables the images to be saved as TIFFs, BMP or JPEG if required.  ECW plugins can be supplied free of charge for all the major GIS and image software (ArcGIS, Mapinfo, Photoshop).
