XYZ World 1:1m - Europe Section

The XYZ Europe section extends from Iceland to the Urals and from North Cape to the Mediterranean.

This new dataset was derived from 'The Digital Chart of the World (DCW)', VMAP0, WVS, the NIMA gazetteers, and the People's Map. It has been extensively added to, improved, re-coded and attributed. It has all you need to make detailed maps of Europe, or you can use the data in your own GIS system. The data are available in a variety of vector formats, and we can also supply attractive raster image versions.

Road Lines The road network in a fully topological form. Motorways, Primary, A Roads, B Roads, Unclassified and private. Railways Lines Main railway lines : Feature code 107.01 Drainage Lines  Rivers and canals. Lakes Polygons Permanent, impermanent and salt lakes. Admin Polygons Country regions. Admin Lines Lines International, state  and disputed boundaries. Symbols Points Airports, mountains, lighthouses, etc. Contours Polygons Contour regions with an interval of 300 feet. Physical Names Points + Lines Physical feature points and lines.
